In the exclusive river community of Sweetbrier, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath, house is just steps away from the secret trail to a semi private beach on the Sacramento river.It is not exclusive because there are barriers. It is just that there is no place to park unless you have a house there - and you will!

This gorgeous, two story house with a yard, plenty of parking, a large kitchen and dining room, parlor with a piano and two couches, Bedroom with a king bed, bedroom with a double bed, bedroom with a double and a twin bed, and a large fireplace/wood stove for heat. The upstairs bathroom has a tub and the downstairs one has a shower. Sweetbriar is only 8 miles south of Dunsmuir which means it takes about 25 min to drive to the Ski Park and about 25 seconds to run to the River.Castle Crags is a mile+hike away with access to literally hundreds of miles of trails (Pacific Crest Trail from Mexico to Canada crosses the canyon there)

The house is set up for eight, can handle ten, and is priced for four.Pets are acceptable.
